Resurrection Day
            2025

Youth Day

Emanuel Baptist Church Youth lead our service in worship, prayer, songs, a prayer dance, and a reenactment of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and HIS resurrection. The Holy Spirit could be felt moving throughout the church body and in our hearts. Thank you to our Youth, Sister Crystal Crockett (and her husband George), Alliyah Hughes, Evangelist Jane Ragland, and recognition to Alliyah for the photography and providing the photos. What a blessing. Glory Hallelujah!

Deaconess Mollie Turner

Sunrise- March 31st 1935
Sunset- February 19th, 2025

A caring heart bigger than any, a smile that made another person smile, a good sense of humor and a chuckle that made you laugh. The warmth that she had, comforted you. She was encouraging and supportive, especially with the youth. Most of all, she was God loving, God fearing, and had a deep faith in the Lord.

Her service to the God was through serving as a Deaconess in the Deacon and Deaconess Ministry, as Church Clerk for many years, singing in the adult choir, serving on the Eveready Missionary Circle, serving as the church's Sexton, and by serving in many roles on various committees.

We will miss Deaconess Mollie and the guidance she provided in our church family.

Rest forever in peace.

Her family and the church family were in attendance and have committed to guiding Miss Harper in growing her relationship with GOD in the years to come.

Very Special Surprise

Visitors by the Pastor's Family

Rev. Saunders received a very special surprise when several of his family attended morning service Sunday (Aug. 4th). The photos capture a few moments as he greeted his family before his sermon coming out of the book of I Corinthians, Chapter 11
